This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. We run a private reference service, so we cannot retrieve or certify an official copy, confirm a person’s address, or alter a government roll. Send record requests to the office that holds the source. For emergencies call 911. For stalking or harassment concerns, contact local police.
Finding an Apex Record
The most direct path depends on the record and the parcel’s county:
- Parcel or street research: use the Apex street directory for county parcel, map, deed, and permit routes.
- Directory volumes and earlier households: consult the Apex city directory collections.
- One name and a defined record: use the Apex resident lookup process.
- Office selection: see Apex resident records offices for Wake, Chatham, state, and Town roles.
- Records outside an online index: request the existing record under the North Carolina Public Records Act, Chapter 132, from its holding custodian.
